RESEP LUMPIA ISI PISANG COKLAT-KEJU

RESEP LUMPIA ISI PISANG COKLAT-KEJU

Bahan :
  • 100 gr dark cooking chocolate / DCC
  • 6 buah pisang raja, kupas dan potong memanjang 6 cm
  • 150 gr keju cepat leleh, potong tipis memanjang

Cara Membuat :
  • Lelehkan DCC dengan cara di tim
  • Masukkan potongan pisang ke dalam coklat leleh
  • Lapisi pisang dengan irisan keju pada saat kulit lumpia akan dilipat


CARA MEMBUAT LUMPIA :
  1. Ambil selembar kulit lumpia
  2. Isi dengan adonan isian secukupnya, padatkan supaya bentuk lumpia padat dan cantik. Isian diletakkan kurleb 3cm dari bagian terbawah kulit.
  3. Lipat kulit lumpia dengan cara sepert kita membuat amplop. Lipat bagian bawah sampai menutupi isian, kemudian lipat bagian kanan dan kiri kulit. Baru kemudian digulung. Untuk lebih jelasnya bisa melihat gambar di bawah.
  4. Rekatkan gulungan kulit lumpia tersebut.
  5. Untuk merekatkan kulit lumpia, bisa menggunakan putih telur kocok atau larutan terigu dengan air.
  6. Goreng dalam minyak yang banyak dan panas sampai berwarna kecoklatan.
  7. Angkat dan tiriskan.

RESEP LUMPIA UDANG REBUNG (KHAS SEMARANG)

Bahan:
  • 100 gr rebung
  • 200 gr udang kupas, haluskan
  • 2 siung bawang putih, cincang dan haluskan
  • 1/2 sdt gula pasir
  • 1/2 sdt garam
  • 1/2 sdt lada bubuk
  • 1/2 sdm minyak wijen
  • 2 sdt tepung sagu
  • 1/2 batang daun bawang, iris halus

Cara Membuat :
  • Rebus rebung beberapa kali sampai hilang baunya, angkat dan tiriskan
  • setelah rebung dingin, iris kasar kemudian sisihkan
  • Campur udang, bawang putih, gula pasir, garam, lada, dan minyak wijen. Aduk rata
  • Masukkan tepung sagu, uleni sampai rata
  • Kemudian tambahkan daun bawang dan rebung, aduk lagi hingga rata.

  • Tumis bawang putih dengan 2 sdm minyak goreng hingga harum

Bahan :
  • 100 gram beras ketan putih, dicuci bersih dan direndam dengan air kurang lebih 2 jam.
  • 5 butir telur bebek.
  • 5 sendok makan bawang goreng.
  • 5 sendok makan serundeng.
  • 5 buah cabai rawit, iris halus.
  • 5 sendok teh garam.
  • 2 1/2 sendok teh lada bubuk.
  • 2 1/2 sendok teh gula pasir.
  • 5 sendok makan ebi bubuk.
Cara Membuat Kerak Telor (Betawi):
  1. Panaskan penggorengan kerak telur hingga cukup panas.
  2. Masukkan satu sendok makan sayur ketan yang sudah direndam beserta airnya, tutup dan masak kurang lebih 2 – 3 menit.
  3. Buka tutupnya, kemudian beri 1 butir telur, 1 sdm bawang goreng, 1 sdm serundeng, 1/2 sdm ebi, 1 buah cabai rawit, 1 sdt garam, 1/2 sdt lada bubuk dan 1/2 sdt gula pasir, aduk rata.
  4. Ratakan disisi penggorengan kurang lebih berdiameter 20 cm, tutup dan masak kembali hingga harum.

Fakta tentang film Despicable me

Despicable Me adalah salah satu film animasi 3D terbaik sepanjang masa yang memperoleh review positif dari para kritikus film serta mencatatkan pendapatan besar, mencapai 543 juta dolar AS dari budget yang ‘hanya’ 69 juta dolar AS. Film yang diproduksi Illumination Entertainment pada tahun 2010 ini menampilkan Gru, sosok penjahat papan atas yang punya ambisi untuk mencuri bulan.
